There's been a lot in the media over the last few years about the learning environments in schools - Modern Learning Environment (MLE) has been the buzz phrase.  At Lake Rotoiti we prefer to talk about flexible, adaptive or responsive learning environments; it's all about using what we have available to give the children the best learning space for the learning that we want to take place.  Have a look below at some of our learning environments; we think that they're amazing places to learn, but we'll leave it to you to decide whether they're modern!
