We can happily announce that we won and the America's Cup will be coming to our school in November along with $3,000 worth of STEAM gear.
Thank you to everyone who took the time to vote and support us, we really appreciate it and are super proud of the community we are part of. A big thanks too to Rainbow Skifield for allowing us to take the boat up to the skifield and give our entry some real individuality. |

Competition Details and our entry
Genesis Energy is running a competition to support Emirates Team New Zealand and the America's Cup and we as a school have entered it. The competition involved decorating your school to show your support for Emirates Team NZ and entering in a photo or video of your efforts. The kids have had a lot of fun showing their support, even up at the skifield and have compiled the below video as our entry.
If we succeed we will win $3,000 worth of STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts & Mathematics) equipment for the school as well as an America's Cup experience where the cup will be brought to the school.
